"The social value of urban regeneration" by SUR Lab Bocconi and UN-Habitat

On November 7th, during the 12th World Urban Forum in Cairo, SUR Lab, in collaboration with UN-Habitat, will organize the workshop "The Social Value of Urban Regeneration". During the event, the SUR ATLAS is formally launched.

The 12th World Urban Forum, hosted by UN-Habitat, will take place in Cairo from November 4 to 8 2024 focusing on sustainable and inclusive urban development. Experts, policymakers, and global leaders will address challenges like climate change, housing inequality, and urban resilience.

The new partnership between Bocconi University and UN-Habitat

Professor Edoardo Croci, SUR Lab Director, discussed the recent Memorandum of Understanding signed between Bocconi University and UN-Habitat to collaborate on important initiatives related to the development of policies, methodologies and business models for sustainable urban regeneration practices.
